Purchases Online
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, our returns policy entitles you to return items purchased online at full price within 14 days of the original purchase date. We will give a full refund provided that the goods are returned to us in the original packaging and in the condition they were sent. The refund will be processed via the original payment method, we will not refund for any delivery charges. Goods should be returned by Royal Mail signed for delivery service or at either of our stores. If returning to the store, please ensure that you take your receipt with you. In the interest of hygiene, we cannot accept the return of earrings unless they are received in a faulty condition (please refer to our Faulty Goods Policy).
Purchases In Store
We are happy to exchange in store purchases within 28 days of the original purchase date. Simply return the unworn item to your nearest Carol Anne and we will offer either an exchange or a credit note. In the interest of hygiene, we cannot accept the return of earrings unless they are received in a faulty condition (please refer to our Faulty Goods Policy).
Bespoke Pieces
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for items purchased online or in store on personalised, bespoke or made to order pieces of jewellery.
