Who are we

We are Caj Ltd, an independent jewellery company with retail stores and an ecommerce website. Carol Anne Jewellery Ltd, registered in England, no. 06055810, Vat number 682 0322 56, is the processor of your data. Carol Anne is owned by Francessa Gubb.

How and when do we collect information from you

We obtain information about you when you make a purchase in one of our stores and if you choose to be added to our in-store database; or when you use our website, to make a purchase. We also may gather data when you contact us about products and services, or you enter a competition.

When you place an online order with us your details are added to our database in order for us to fulfill our contract with you. You can opt to receive marketing and promotional emails upon checkout by ticking the appropriate box. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link within the email.

What type of information is collected from you

The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, IP address, and information regarding what pages are accessed and when. If you make a purchase from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, as explained below.
