Delivery
Standard delivery is free of charge on orders over £50.
Items ordered before 3pm Monday to Thursday are despatched the same day provided the item/s are in stock. Orders received after 3pm Friday to Sunday will be sent out the following Monday.
For items that are hand made to order, despatch can take up to 3 weeks.
NOT ALL ITEMS ARE HELD IN STOCK.

Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery service is sent by Royal Mail First Class Signed For at a cost of £5 for orders under £50.
Orders £50 and over go free.
This service generally takes 2-3 days Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays). However First Class Signed For can take up to a week in certain circumstances, please note - any delays are beyond our control. Please be patient and allow time for your order to arrive. Thank you for your understanding.
Express Delivery
We currently do not offer a next day delivery service. However, if your order is urgent, please call us on 01271 345786 and we will do our utmost to fulfil your requirements.
Stock Availability
PLEASE NOTE - NOT ALL ITEMS ARE HELD IN STOCK.
To avoid disappointment please contact us via email on hello@carolanneonline.co.uk or call us on 01271 345786 prior to ordering and we will be able to advise you as to whether we can post your selection out in the timeframe that suits you. Should your choice be out of stock, we may be able to help you find a suitable alternative.
If you have placed an order and the item is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to advise. We will then endeavour to help you choose a different item, or offer you a refund.
Once orders are in the postal system we have no control over delays or failed deliveries that might occur. Your statutory rights under Distance Selling Regulations remain unaffected and in the case of lost mail we will resend your order. Royal Mail will not consider an item as lost until 14 working days have past since the item entered the mail system.
We are unable to give delivery instructions to Royal Mail as to where you would like your parcel left.
